Order Processing and Delivery Rules

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times:

Delivery usually takes place within 10 days after your order. The maximum delivery time is 15 to 35 business days. Please note that these timeframes may vary depending on your location.

Shipment Origin:

Your items may be shipped from different warehouses, either local or international, depending on product availability. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within a maximum of 24 hours after placing it.

After this period, or if your order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Lost Parcels, Defective Items, and Returns

Lost Parcels:

In the event of a lost or undelivered package, we invite you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

No automatic refund will be issued in this case.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email : cherrycherie.entreprise@gmail.com with clear proof (photo or video) within a reasonable time (14 days max) after receiving the item.

We will assess the situation and get back to you with an appropriate solution.

Returns:

We do not accept returns. Please make sure to carefully check your order before confirming it.
